Luvseen Return & Exchange Policy

At Luvseen, we aim to provide a premium and seamless shopping experience — from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door, and even if you decide to return or exchange it.

To ensure transparency and top-quality service, here’s how our policy works:

  • Return & Exchange Timeframe
  • Returns: within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Exchanges: within 7 days of receiving your order

Products must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • If the product has been used or benefited from
  • If the product is no longer in its original condition
  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, such as:
  • Towels
  • Bathrobes (after opening the packaging)
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • (unless the item is defective)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You will not be charged return shipping if:

  • The item is defective
  • We made an order mistake

In all other cases:

Return shipping cost is 29 (including VAT).

Steps:

  1. Print the return label sent by us
  2. Attach it to the package
  3. Hand it to the shipping company

Return labels are automatically canceled if not shipped within 7 days.

Additional Conditions

Luvseen may cancel orders if:

  • There is a pricing error
  • A technical issue occurs
  • The item is out of stock

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

If You Used “Buy Now, Pay Later”

A non-refundable fee of 7% applies

(This fee is charged by the payment provider — not Luvseen)

Payment Network Fees (Deducted on Refunds)

  • Mada: 1.7%
  • Visa: 2.2%

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout

If the Return Conditions Are Not Met

  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees
  • If you refuse to receive the item back after rejection:
  • Luvseen may dispose of it after 30 days with no compensation

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after shipping
  • If you wish to cancel before shipping, simply contact customer service
